Must have worked on software projects using agile methodology. 2. Must have worked in an environment where software processes are well defined (typically companies like Honeywell or other multinational engineering companies that develop technical software). 3. Must have solid team lead and team management experience with team sizes of more than 20-25 people. 4. Must have progressed through individual contributor -> Team Lead -> Project Lead -> Project Manager so that they have had hands-on experience at all levels. 5. Must have domain experience (aerospace/aviation related modeling, simulation) and have worked hands-on with relevant technologies (C++, C#, OpenGL...) in previous assignments. Must be currently doing hands-on software project management with appropriate tools like Jira, Confluence or equivalent. 6. Must have project management experience in multiple projects so that they have done it multiple times and can do it effectively.
