Please find below the Job Description: Development and Delivery Provides technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration for client engagement from definition phase through implementation. Reviews work of development team. Creates and executes development plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. well informed of status of development effort and serves as liaison between development staff and project manager. Owns the development lifecycle and is responsible for managing technical risks throughout the project. Manages technical resources within budget and project schedule. Consistently delivers high-quality services to our clients. Understands complex database concepts and effectively employs different database design techniques. Possesses significant knowledge of client/server and internet systems architectures. Reviews the status reports of team members and addresses issues as appropriate. Complies with and helps to enforce standard policies and procedures. Facilitates team and client meetings effectively. Desired Skills and Experience 10+ years of experience in the software industry, 2-3 years mentoring development teams across SDLC. Hands on experience in Microsoft technologies - ASP.NET MVC, Web Services, C# and SQL Server Hands on experience on HTML, JavaScript, Ajax, JQuery etc. Strong design, coding and debugging skills. Should be able to create solution architecture and design document. Should be able to estimate implementation efforts for small to mid-size projects and plan development tasks Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record in Microsoft technologies and comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base.
