Job Description
The Software Developer will be responsible for design and development of new features for any existing product or for any new products as well as resolving customer issues. The Software Developer will be accountable for anticipating and resolving complex problems that impact design of current or newly developing products. The Software Developer will lead the research, design, and implementation of the product software applications. This role will provide mentorship for developing software developers
KEY RESPONISBILITIES:
· Development and testing of software applications and solutions that includes writing code, debugging issues and testing of the completed work products which are of high quality, scalable and extensible within the specified timeline
· Builds and assembles prototype assimilations of software applications and solutions as directed
· Contributes to code reviews
· Demonstrate creativity in identifying effective approaches to develop software solutions
· Understand product requirements and improvements necessary for the Product
· Participate in all phases of Agile development methodology
· Participate in interviewing and hiring practices as directed and advised by management team
· Mentor software developer, associate software developer and Interns
· Write and review documentation needed for installation, usage and maintenance of applications and solutions
· Cultivate strong working relationships with co-workers.
· Undertake any other assignments for which the company's management may request your participation from time to time
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Technical Skills:
* Must have expert level programming ability in developing applications using C#, .NET
* Sound knowledge of SQL Server Database
Other Desired Experience and Skills:
* Knowledge of ERP or CRM domain
* Exposure to cross platform development, scalable and sustainable architectures
Other Requirements:
* Able to cultivate interpersonal and cohesive team interactions and communications
* Assertive self-starter with excellent organizational skills
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Expert in development environments, debugging tools, source control systems

With regard to the online assessment, please find some general information/instructions:
* The assessment has two parts: an untimed Personality Profile and a timed (22 minute) Aptitude section.
* It should take you about 45 minutes to complete both portions of the assessment.
* Aptitude test consists of 50 questions and you would be required to answer in 22 minutes(timer limit)
* The areas covered included:
- Alphabetical series
- Graphical Series
- General English
- Basic Arithmetic
* Do not spend too much time on any one question(As you would be needed to complete all 50 questions to clear the aptitude test).
* There is no negative marking for wrong answers.
* You must answer each question before moving forward(You cannot toggle between questions).
* It is recommended that you move through the assessment at a steady to swift pace. Once you begin the assessment, it cannot be restarted or stopped.
