Its a permanent position. Interview process is 2 hours online test followed by Skype interview. Skills Requirements Overall 9+ years of experience in Delivering Enterprise Mobile and Portal Applications. 6+ years of mandatory hands on experience in 1 native platform (iOS or Android) and HTML5/CSS 3/ Angular JS, mobile web and Hybrid (PhoneGap/Apache Cordova) framework as Developer or Lead. 2 year of experience on IBM Worklight, GOSU, Guidewire Insurance Suite (Preferred). Experience in working on mobile application development projects and proven ability to bring ideas from conception to completion especially in the Insurance domain is highly preferred. Proven experience in helping other people turn their ideas into reality; work with multiple fluid team structures which requires trust and integrity Proven experience in developer role with strong customer focus Experience in contributing to the development and management of new products and services Experience in business process re-engineering preferred Experience in managing multiple concurrent initiatives A strong track record of successful delivery and on time completion of assigned tasks.
