Reply Dear Candidate, Details of the JD for Polyglot Technical Architect Exp : 10 to 15 yrs Location: Bangalore (Above Solutions) NP: immediate or 15 days Your new/Team: In consultation with the UX/UI Design, FE (font end) Development and Product Management teams, you will be responsible for leading innovative implementation and digital transformation projects. The challenge/Project description: You will predominantly deliver on web-based and mobile application projects of two to three months length. This includes: ? Build highly scalable and maintainable applications ? Using Agile methodologies you will conduct the E2E (end to end) lifecycle: from creating rapid prototypes (two to three weeks), to deployment across solution architecture design ? Reinforce their CI/CD (Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery) practices ? Shape strategic products ? Maintain the internal framework with cutting-edge technologies and patterns such as TDD (Test Driven Development) ? Push for innovation Key skills and Experience: 1. Technical skills ? Full stack development platform. The technology environment encompasses NodeJS, Java/Python, SQL, HTML, .Net, JavaScript, CSS, XML ? Architecture patterns such as REST ? Infrastructure design and implementation Single Sign On, LDAP, Search Technologies (Solar , ElasticSearch) ? Redis, MongoDB or other NoSQL database experience ? Continuous integration with TDD (test driven development) and pair programming ? Automated testing with RSpec, JUnit and Selenium 2. Soft skills ? Manage client expectations effectively to set realistic goal ? Contain and filter the pressure on team members ? Be a role model that inspires/teach your peers and guide more junior team members ?
