Manager - Mobile Solutions (Android) Job Location : Gurgaon and Bangalore JOB PURPOSE Bring deep, hands-on technology expertise to the table on Mobile platform and will be responsible for supporting delivery teams through architecture, design and build in the capacity of a technology subject matter expert on Mobile platform. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES For Senior Developer : *Proficiency in Android *Min of 3 years of hands on experience in application Design and Development on Android platform *Min 4-6 years of experience in Mobile application development *Understanding of Android's best practices for application development. *Experience in design and development of Android application(s) requiring integration with Web Services. *Experience in leading development projects. *Understanding of Testing Methodology used in Mobile Domain. *Understanding of available framework(s) for application development on Android platform. For Manager : Android Application development. * Proficiency in Objective C * Minimum 3 years of hands on experience in application Design and Development on Android platform * Overall 8-12 years of experience with min 5-6 years of experience in Mobile application development. * Understanding of Apple best practices for application development. * Experience in design and development of Android application(s) requiring integration with Web Services. * Experience in leading development projects. * Understanding of Testing Methodology used in Mobile Domain. * Understanding of available framework(s) for application development on iOS platform. SKILL REQUIREMENTS Android Application development. Business Knowledge: Mobile Applications Development Personal Attributes: a. Strong and innovative approach to problem solving and finding solutions b. Excellent communicator (written and verbal, formal and informal) c. Flexible and proactive/self-motivated working style with strong personal ownership of problem resolution d. Ability to multi-task under pressure and work independently with minimal supervision. e.
