This group is responsible for testing and certifying Cloud Infrastructure(IaaS) Products like Nimbula Director . The position requires working with a distributed team across the globe with sound knowledge on Cloud Computing, Virtualization, QA process and JavaEE, Python Automation. Our group's primary focus is on testing Nimbula Director IaaS layer functionality which includes all IaaS features. This involves gaining a thorough understanding of Nimbula Director and Java Cloud Service specifications releases, planning, designing test specifications, test development, automation and execution. Candidates with good domain and functional test knowledge and experience in test automation will be a good fit. Key responsibilities : Take QA ownership of key product features, write test specifications, develop tests and automate Required Knowledge : Cloud Computing : IaaS Virtualization : Oracle VM, Oracle VM Server, VMMare or Xen Python Scripting , Java programming and one or more JavaEE technologies (EJB , JPA , JSP, JSF, JSTL, Servlets , JDBC, JAX-WS) Knowledge on QA process, Cloud Infrastructure Experience Good written and verbal communication skills Preferred knowledge : Test Frameworks: Python, JUnit, TestNG IDEs: NetBeans, Eclipse, JDeveloper Tools : Python Scripting , Hudson, Ant, Maven, Shell/PERL/Python scripting Familiarity with NOSQL and Hadoop Knowledge on Linux or Solaris Qualification: Education and Experience: Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science Experience : 5 - 12 years.
