We are looking for Java - Technical Manager
Skill: Java J2EE. Struts, Spring, JSLT, and Hibernate
Location: Bangalore
Notice Period: Immediate to 45 Days.
Job Description:
Must to have:
* 9-13 Years' experience with minimum 2-3 years as Technical Manager for JAVA/J2EE Technologies.
* In depth experience in managing Software product engineering projects
* Technical & management skills, Effort Estimation, Risk Management, Scrum Certified is must
* Need to be Hands on in Java, J2EE, (JSP, Servlet), EJB, Bean, Spring MVC, JCA, Oracle & PLSQL, AJAX, HTML, and JavaScript
* Experience with open source technologies and frameworks such as Struts, Spring, JSLT, and Hibernate
* Experienced in Object Oriented Analysis and design
* Exposure in java application development concepts including Architecture, Performance Tuning, Design, Building, Testing, and Deployment.
* Excellent communication
* Thorough SDLC and understanding value and tradeoffs of varied development methodologies (Agile and Iterative)
* In depth team management experience.
Good to haves:
* Proven communications skills including technical writing and presentation skills
* Design and development experience in web application, web services/rest. Experience in mobile-app is plus
* Good to have Knowledge/Expertise in Enterprise Messaging Service.
