Min 5 years of experience as Oracle Database Administrator or related field Unix administration ? Current experience with Oracle Database 11g and 12c ? Strong replication skills, security, back-up and recovery, logical and physical database design, tuning, capacity planning, and data retention. ? Excellent written and verbal communications skills; ability to lead and direct multiple projects simultanieously; ability to delegate work to subordinate or less experienced team members; proven leadership ability. ? Proficient in Oracle SQL. Knowledge of Oracle dictionary views ? Oracle RAC knowledge maintaining rolling upgrades rolling patches ? Vast knowledge of different recovery scenarios using RMAN in Production environment ? In-depth knowledge of Oracle utilities SQL loader/exp/imp/RMAN ? Familiar with OEM from user perspective Diagnostick Pack/Tuning Pack. Grid Control administration is nice to have ? Experience with Unix shell scripting. Perl/Ruby scripting will be a plus. ? Familiar with Red Hat Linux or any other flavor of Linux ? In-depth knowledge of Oracle RDMBS upgrade process ? Knowledge of UNIX Operating Systems including storage / network infrastructure is a definitive plus ? Collaborate with internal customers/leading database standup/migration projects for internal organizations ? Engaging other DBAs helping in work distribution if needed ? Familiar with at least one other database and data solution such as MySQL, Mongo DB, Informix, SQL Server, Versant, and/or DB2 ? Data integration: Basics of GoldenGate replication ? Oracle MAA solutions: Oracle RAC / Dataguard ?
