Please mention below details if interested: total yrs: Rel Yrs: CTC: ECTC: NP: , Job Expectations: * As a Project Lead, the person would be responsible to Lead and Manage all the activities related to Honeywell's Aerospace PLM Implementation, Upgrades and Integration Projects * Owns PLM application milestones and delivery, review PLM road map and plan for testing effectiveness along with regular activities to track application and system performance monitoring * Works in close collaboration with the Global PLM Organization in outling the Strategic Plan for the organization and deriving the Annual Operating Plans based on them * Drive organization initiatives to meet the site level expectation * Work closely with the different Engineering and Manufacturing CoE's to understand their PLM needs and goal and help them to achieve it through effective planning and execution * Works closely with the Global PLM Partners and end users community to ensure that deliverables are of high quality with on time delivery to ensure users are happy and satisfied. * Use Design Thinking approach to understand PLM users, their behavior, and their business problem to propose solution which helps them to reduce their effort and cycle time * Manage group of PLM professionals, set them right goals and expectations, and assess them based on Honeywell's Performance and Development metrics * Develop and execute to the Competency Development plan for the PLM team and build a robust resource pipeline * Manage Global Org / End user relationships and identify opportunities for PLM expansion across the Engineering and Technology CoEs for Product development life cycle *10+ years of experience and minimum of 2+ years of experience in Project management techniques and tools *Expertise in Teamcenter modules including Change management, workflows, Structure manger with PLM implementation, customization and migration background *Good understanding of Teamcenter architecture and different client configurations *Desirable skills: Knowledge of Teamcenter multisite, Active Workspace, EBOM/ECN & SAP interface with Teamcenter * Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks even in high- pressure environment * Ability to understand the Engineering business processes * Provide directions to Technical team to resolve the issues in a timely manner * Ability to drive the team to develop PLM proposals to ensure industry best practices and technology upgrades are deployed * Experiences in customer management * CMMi and ITIL Process knowledge * Development experience in Java/J2EE, C++ is added advantage * Any other PLM tool and CAD Tools knowledge is preferable * Excellent verbal and written communication skill * Mentors team members in Functional, Domain, Technical and Operations Education : BE/ME/B.Tech/M.Tech Nice to have : PMP / ITIL / CSM Certification Regards Vinuta Is this job relevant to you?
