Job Description:
* Installation of Centralized Banking Software with Multi-Currency (General Banking and Islamic Banking), IForex with swift Interface Technology, E-Banking, Mobile Banking, Assets Management system, Inventory, Touch Screen, e-Statement by E-mail, ATM, Risk Management System, HR system with Payroll Module.
* Involved with Business teams to understand the Business logic, to deliver best technical solutions for different products.
* Coordinating with Head Office for implementation of new programs if any required by Bankers.
* Communicate electronicallyortelephone and in person with computer users experiencing difficulties to determine and document problems experienced.
* Provide advice to users in response to identified difficulties.
* Collect, organize and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
* Manual testing and test case prepare regarding New Patch come from Company.
* Basis support of SQL Server Support 2008 (Like software vendor provide the query and details)
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform Day Open Operation of Data Center for General banking and Islamic Banking and sometime also Day-Open of Branches.
* Solution provided for Application related issues or queries which is asked from Bank Staff or Branch staff.
* Application Server Maintenance, management and monitoring the entire servers which work with Applications of Islamic Banking, General Banking and Internet Banking.
* Perform day end operation of data center daily after the closure of all branches.
* User creation, editing, inactivation and closing for data center and all branches in the application.
* Calculation and posting of interest at the end of each month and quarter both in general and Islamic banking applications and performing year end processes.
* Creation of manual reports in excels format and PDF format daily and sending it to the top management and Share holders of the bank.
* Maintenance of the records and reports in the format of hard copy (files and folders).
* Every Day Cross checking of all the reports for verifying that our Core Banking system is working fine.
* Retrieving any type of report from the main database either required by any department of the bank or by central bank or also required by the top management of the bank.
* Provide application level support for both Islamic and general banking applications.
* Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed by all application users.
* To ensure that the business of the Department is conducted as per the recommendations given by the Internal Audit or the External Audit and irregularities pointed out by them in the Departments work are rectified.
* To attend to any other matter that may not have been mentioned in this document but is otherwise required to be attended by the job holder. Besides, the Job Holder is to attend to any Bank related assignment given by IT Manager, CEO, board of supervisors.
* Other assignments to be performed as per CBS Head Instruction.
* Arrange Training for staff and acknowledge them about whole jobs function as Soft ware engineer.
