	You will pilot this department from scratch.. You will be required to be comfortable enough to do the coding on your own initially, while you put together the resources to form a formidable software department. You will be the one, who will give software solution to clients and keep interacting with them. You should also be required to give solutions based on mobile application development (on IOS, Android, Blackberry and Windows Phone mobile platforms). Good proficiency and experience in consulting Management Skills : Lot of work would be done in unstructured environments, and he needs skills to be able to mine the necessary data and client requirements which will be automated using SharePoint. A professional with a very good eye for opportunities and business acumen to go with. Good skills in mobile application development is very crucial (IOS, Android, Windows Phone, Blackberry and MobileOS). The most up-to-date certifications are also as important for this professional. Certifications Required: MCSE (SharePoint 2013) and MCSD (SharePoint 2013) Other... Mobile application development certifications is an added advantage.
