Requirements:
6-20 years of hands-on experience in application development in an enterprise setup
Be responsible for the technical design and experience in guiding/mentoring others.
Regular Expressions, Serialization/De-Serialization (JAXB/XStream)
Experience with Java/JEE and open source frameworks/tools like Spring, Maven, Ant, Subversion, Git etc.
Experience with Junit testing and mocking frameworks like Mockito, PowerMockito.
Experience to javascript libraries like Angular.js, Backbone.js, jQuery etc.
Experience with web application frameworks like Struts, Spring MVC etc.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum, TDD, Continuous Integration tools like Jenkins, Bamboo etc.
Should be able to lead a team and take ownership of application design and development
Excellent analytical aptitude and problem solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer interfacing skills
