Minimum Qualifications:
Masters / Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
10+ years of solid product development experience including hands-on technical management
4+ years of relevant experience of managing multiple teams in technical capacity, preferably in an agile environment
Experience in Java based solutions and/or web related technologies
Strong verbal communications, cross-group collaboration skills, analytical, structured and strategic thinking.
Great interpersonal skills, cultural awareness, belief in teamwork.
Problem Solving skills and ability to swim in ambiguity
Preferred Qualifications:
Deep Knowledge of at least one of the following languages C#, Java, C++, Ruby, Go, Python, Scala, JavaScript
Experience with at least one major server side web development stack, preferably ASP.NET MVC or JSF
Ideally, experience with node.js for Server Side JavaScript development
Ideally, experience with a NoSQL databases
Experience with Agile as software development methodology
Previous experience leading globally distributed teams
Previous experience working with external technology vendors
Prinicipal Architect:
Minimum Qualifications:
Masters / Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
Minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience in designing large scale solution architectures
Deep Knowledge of at least one of the following languages C#, Java, C++, Ruby, Go, Python, Scala, JavaScript
Previous experience leading and managing teams in an agile development environment
Experience with at least one major server side web development stack, preferably ASP.NET MVC or JSF
Technical knowledge of the least one major RDBMS, preferably SQL Server
Excellent OO skills and a solid understanding of OO concepts and use of design patterns
Must be familiar with non- functional requirements like security, scalability, performance and deployment
Preferred Qualifications:
Thorough knowledge of JavaScript, CSS and Web Standards
Familiarity with client side MV* frameworks, e.g. Angular.js
Ideally, experience with Infrastructure as a Service e.g. AWS
Ideally, experience with Node.js for Server Side JavaScript development
Ideally, experience with NoSQL databases
Previous experience leading globally distributed teams
Previous experience working with external technology vendors
