Job Description:
To analyse business requirements to derive tests and manage test deliverables for all test phases as per Enterprise business standards and quality in the stipulated time lines with effective utilization of resources.
Technical:

Experience: 10+ Years of IT experience. Out of which more than 8 years in Performance Testing & engineering
Note: Flexibility to travel at a short notice on short/long term onsite assignments.
Nice to have accomplished Visa ready candidates
Academics: Should have minimum bachelors in Computer Science, E&C, E&E, E&T, IT, MCA Skills Requirement: Should be hands on & willing to play the role of a Consultant. At times would need the consultant to play an individual contributor role.
Must have experience in development either Java or .NET. Should be able to conduct code reviews, architecture reviews (from performance perspective) and design reviews ( from performance perspective) and provide recommendation to improve the systems performance
Should be experienced in carrying out performance testing/engineering consulting assignments o Current state assessment, landscape understanding, portfolio of required performance engineering services, estimations & proposals Proven in strategy/planning & implementation – good to have experience in setting up Test Centers or customer specific
Performance CoE
Proven exposure to identify bottlenecks & recommendations for enterprise applications varying in Architecture & Deployment complexity Should have experience with the following o Performance Engineering – n-tier Web Applications (Microsoft/Java Platforms), Rich Internet Applications, Client/Server, web Services (SOAP, REST), Middle technologies (JMS, MQ, TIBCO), Packaged Applications (SAP/Peoplesoft/Siebel/Oracle e-Business suite)
Client Side Performance Testing & tuning o Mobile Applications Performance Testing o Baselining, Benchmarking o Mobile Applications Performance Testing o Tuning for optimization & consolidation o Capacity Planning, Trending & Management o Usage Pattern Analysis & work-load Modeling o Be able to understand & determine bottlenecks in different databases Query profiling, analysis & recommendation for optimization Tools: ? Performance Testing – Performance Center/Loadrunner/SilkPerfomer/RadView WebLoad/QALoad/OpenSTA/Jmeter/ MS VSTS . Profilers/Analysis – Jprobe
