A referral is a two-way process, where the candidate needs to complete the registration using the same referral link. Only post this, the application can be viewed by the HR team. Any employee who is on the IBM India Payroll is eligible to refer candidates The referrer needs to upload the profile of the candidate on GOM prior to interview date Referral ownership is valid for six months from the date of receipt Referrers cannot participate in any of the hiring activities associated with the referred candidate Referral new hires must remain onboard for 30 days for the bonus requirement to be met Source credit for the employee will be based on the candidate declaration of the source in the Employment Application Form Spread the word and be rewarded. Happy Referring !
