Primary responsibilities:
* Positive attitude, should adapt to flexible product environment in quick span.
* Ensuring timely deliveries for all assigned tasks as per SLA.
* Provide technical leadership to the team. Mentor and guide them whenever required.
* Timely feedback to the team members on their performance
* Participation in Design reviews, Test Case reviews, and Production Support readiness reviews for new releases, provide inputs for Go/No Go decision
* Develops innovative approaches on performance optimization & automation
* Provide timely updates on tasks to reporting supervisor.
* Participation in various application process initiatives like QMS, ISDM etc.
* Key job functions would include development, job monitoring, analysis, debugging problems, providing code fixes & testing. Conduct root cause analysis on all incidents and recommend a corrective action plan.
* Ensure availability over weekends/holidays as may be needed due to project requirements
* Achieves harmonious working relationships with business partners and within team.
* Good oral & written communication Skills.
Desired Skills:
* Educational Qualifications: B.Tech / MCA / M tech / MS.
* Total IT Experience should be 2 yrs- 12 Years.
* Background in healthcare industry applications development and support
* Must have good understanding of .net framework 3.5 or 4.0 or 4.5
* Required skills : ASP.Net/MVC , C#/VB.SQL , SQL Server
* Hands on experience in .Net , MVC/ ASP.NET, MS SQL Server 2012, .Net Framework 3.5 , 4.0, 4.5, Vb.Net /C#, Stored Procedures , Windows Service.
* Background in healthcare industry applications should be added advantage.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Should possess sound knowledge of SDLC.
