JD:
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
1. Understanding the business requirements and convert them into working modules/application as per specifications
2. Should be able to handle low level design, solution for the business requirements
3. Perform comprehensive testing of the developed modules
4. Production support experience is desirable
5. Should have the experience with MS SQL Server Database which include writing and troubleshooting SQL
6. Should able to perform performance optimization in application, reports
7. Should able to give alternative solution/suggestion in the application or to users.
8. Should able to or having ability to learn new technologies to show value addition for the project and client
Technical skills of the role:
1. Strong skills on .NET Framework V 4.0,4.5 using VB.NET, C#.NET, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, WCF,WPF, Ajax
2. Basic knowledge on MVC and other design patterns
3. Good experience on HTML, ASP.NET, JQuery, CSS and IIS 7.0 (Web Server)
4. Experience in scripting languages like JavaScript
5. Good Experience in writing stored procedures in SQL Server 2005/2008/2012
6. Good to have SSIS and SSRS skill
Soft skills:
1. Good communication
2. Good team player
3. Should able to mentor Junior developers
