Position Overview: In order to better address the increasing demand from clients for assistance with migration to the Oracle billing platform, our partner company is growing their contact workforce. This contract position is best suited to candidates with demonstrated experience developing in Oracle BRM. Preferably 3-5 years at a minimum. Working primarily on data migration to the Oracle billing platform, the successful applicant will possess strong skills for analysis and development and must possess strong expertise in client needs analysis, coding, installation, migration, integration, and the deployment of Oracle BRM. This is an excellent opportunity for a home based consultant anywhere in the US. Compensation is negotiable depending on experience and includes a healthy bonus structure. Requirements: Billing ? BSS Oracle Billing stack eRate background knowledge and billing formats Oracle developer CSG and/or other billing systems experience Telecommunication and or Cable experience Preference will be given to candidates will demonstrated proficiency in; Real Time rating Pricing Configuration Billing and invoicing Policy Opcode modifications and development of custom opcodes Opcode development using best practices in regards to memory management and performance optimization. Oracle BRM 7.4 (or later version) Experience developing and performance tuning multi-threaded/multi-process applications using the BRM MTA framework Experience using code management tools (e.g. CVS) DBMS: Oracle 10g, 11i Software Development: C, XML, SQL Scripting (UNIX shell or Perl) Java, Java API We are looking for candidates having 3+ Years of Experience & minimum 30 days notice period.
