GROW... @ROLTA Rolta is looking for ETL Lead professionals with 7 to 12 years We are looking out for candidates who are ready to work across ETL Tool preferably BODI/ BODS. Role: ETL Lead (7-12 Yrs) Job Location: Bengaluru/ Mumbai General: * Should have been part of at least 2-3 end-to-end implementation * Experience in requirement analysis, design and development for DWH/BI projects will be an added advantage. * Should have good experience in maintaining quality process standards Technical Skills: * Strong experience on ETL tools - BODI/ BODS/ ODI * ODI / BODI would be an advantage * Experience on Reporting Tools would be an advantage * Should have good work experience on dimension based data model and worked with data warehouse and data marts * Knowledge of Ralph Kimball modeling techniques * Experience on other technologies * such as .Net / Java would be an advantage * integration with 3rd party products as part of system integration projects would be an advantage * Data extraction from varied sources including ERP systems like SAP and Oracle EBS * Interfacing with IT systems like AD, LDAP, Email Server, SMS Server, etc. * Best practices for managing large volumes of data and real time data * Use the SDK provided by the ETL tool for customization and/or automation * Should be able to provide technical guidance to the team * Should be able to define the technical architecture for the solution including defining jobs, creating packages and scheduling jobs * Administration and Security of the tool Managerial Requirements: * Should have worked as part of medium (10+) to large (25+) team * Product Development Life Cycle and best practices * Should have experience on standard waterfall and agile methodologies * Should have experience on estimation models * Measuring and reporting to management Excited?
