Job Description: Incumbent should have fair knowledge of domestic as well as international itineraries. Managing and building relationship with the airlines in order to get timely confirmations. Handle corporate clients with their travel requirements like reservation/ticketing/fares and visa requests. Co-ordinate with multiple departments to ensure quick resolution for the customer. Build excellent business relationship with customer groups, peers and seniors. Ensure latest updated policies, procedures, desk Instructions are read & complied. Shift timing 24*7 (flexibility required). Skills Required Graduate with 2-5Yrs of travel servicing experience eg. Flight reservation & ticketing. Good PC skills, MS Office applications and lotus notes. Excellent Customer service and communication skills (Both Written and Verbal). Knowledge Of corporate travel economics and travel technology/tools will be an added advantage.
