Position - Technology Analyst/Technology Lead/ Tech Architect/Project Manager (Permanent Position)
Experience - 3 Years to 13 Years
Skill Sets - Java,J2ee
· 3 -13 Experience using Java/J2EE technologies Struts/Spring/Hibernate.
· Strong skills in requirements analysis, design and programming.
- Should be able to translate high level design to detail technical design and implementation.
· Strong hands on experience in Java/J2EE, Oracle PL/SQL.
· Must have exposure to database design and performance tuning
· Experience in websphere ( or weblogic) Server Development/Deployment
· Exposure to in Weblogic/Websphere Server Development/Deployment
· Solid knowledge of the UI technology stack (JavaScript/CSS/Html5), working experience with Extjs/ HTML5 or jQuery
· Must have exposure to application health check and monitoring in UNIX box.
· Needs to be able to create a web service from scratch, the WSDL, the XSD, SOAP calls
· Frameworks, such as STRUTS or Spring / Spring Webflow
· Lead the execution of application development and delivery
· Manage day-to-day activities of the development team and synchronize individual deliverables with product releases
· Manage product and artifact versioning as defined in the project plan
· Work with the Enterprise Architect, Product Manager to sequence/coordinate development activities within an Agile/Iterative-style development environment
· Implement best practices for design and coding and is responsible for maintenance of product quality and performance metrics
· Manage timelines and resources within the software development lifecycle
· Provide hands-on development and mentoring as necessary for the development team.
· Good knowledge of technology landscape to be able to guide team
· Working knowledge of full life cycle and various SDLC methodologies to meet project goals
· In-depth knowledge of design issues and best practices
· Good knowledge of project management
· Knowledge of standard architectural principles, models and patterns to provide architecture specifications and design guidelines
· Broad knowledge of testing types, tools and best practices
· High impact communication and strong analytical ability
· Knowledge of advanced concepts in architecting and designing a solution in one technical area / platform and awareness of technology trends
