Dear Job, Role Description and Technical Expertise : This role is to measure, analyze and optimize performance in Oracle’s Fusion Applications and Middleware stack. Candidates should have strong analytical skills and expertise in any 2 of the following areas: 1. Java and Object Oriented Technologies · basic knowledge of java language syntax and OO concepts · idea of java program execution, error handling and tracing execution flow through source files · exposure with runtime aspects of a Java application 2. Application server concepts · Describe request flow from the browser to a specific component in the middle tier · Understand how various parts of the URL are used (host, port, URI) · Application server administration/ working 3. Integration and SOA Technologies · XML: Solid understanding of XML fundamentals · Web Services: Basic understanding of Web Service Definition, Usage and Troubleshooting · SOA/BPEL: Demonstrate a high level understanding of SOA/BPEL concepts 4. Database · DBA background with exposure to performance 5. Pl/sql Programming Exposure · Be able to demonstrate understanding of PL/SQL Language Syntax · Provide a detailed description of the syntax for a PL/SQL method declaration including exception handling Advanced Skills (desirable) · Knowledge on Oracle Application Framework Architecture (for EBS background people) or any (Model View Controller concept) · Have good understanding on Jdeveloper/ any IDE. · Knowledge of PL/SQL structure, object and debugging PL/SQL code · Knowledge of Java, XML, XML Publisher · Understand trace Analyzer, PL/SQL profiler · Advanced SQL understanding/ tuning · Knowledge of Data Blocks, Segments, Tablespaces, Data files and Control Files Transaction Management, Schema Objects · Database session Tracing and analyzing AWR reports.
