	Job Description
	This person should be capable of leading a team of 6-8 people. This person should be technical and hands-on, having proficient knowledge in Microsoft technologies. Should have experience in delivering at least two full life cycle software product releases. Should adhere to the software development process specified by the organization. Should be able to translate Marketing requirements to Software Specification document. Should have very good communication skills and Documentation skills. At least 8-12 years in Software development. Should have lead a team size of  minimum 5 members Strong MS Office Skills including MS Project, Word, PowerPoint and Excel Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is a Plus Good people management and leadership skills including conflict resolution, staff appraisals and mentoring Expertise in C#, MS SQL, PL SQL, WCF, WPF , XAML, Silverlight, PRISM Salary:   INR 9,00,000 - 15,00,000 P.A Role:   Project Lead Role Category:   Programming & Design Industry Type:   IT-Software / Software Services Functional Area:   IT Software - Application Programming, Maintenance Keywords:   Team Leading, Software Development, C#, WPF, winforms
	Desired Candidate Profile
	Education:   (UG - B.Tech/B.E.) OR (PG - M.Tech - Any Specialization, MCA - Computers, M.Sc - Any Specialization) OR (Doctorate - Doctorate Not Required) Candidates willing to join within 1 month. Strong knowledge and experience in Object Oriented Programming, Analysis and Design Experienced in UML, Design patterns Tools  Microsoft Visual Studio, Enterprise Architect  Solid computer science fundamentals. Working experience on Design patterns. Good communication skills, verbal and written. Good documentation skills. Must have prior experience in writing Software specification and design documents. Good Presentation skills Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to work with specific deadlines. Exposure to CMMi Knowledge of OPC will be an added advantage Good knowledge in Industrial Automation, Control and Instrumentation, MES will be an added advantage
