Time required joining: We have immediate openings for following position: Position: SSIS Lead Experience: 8 + Years Location: Hyderabad Required Skills 1. 8-10 years of experience working on SSIS, SSRS and SQL Server Database. Should be currently working on Microsoft SQL Server 2012 stack of technologies. 2. Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills on SQL Server Stored Procedures and SSIS packages. 3. Very good hands-on over migrating DTS packages into SSIS 2012 Packages. 4. Familiar with DBA activities such as Backup and Restore, although not mandatory. 5. Demonstrate proactivity with an attitude of get the work done; accountability and self-initiative attributes are vital aspects for this role. 6. Perform an independent contributor role with no team members at offshore. 7. Very good communication skills in English, with zero mother tongue influence in the communication. Communicate and coordinate with the onsite counterpart balancing the work load. Considerations/Expectations: * Candidate's role will have a DBA role over entire production stack of servers, and hence need a responsible person who would exhibit patience and careful contemplation over performing updates and deletes on servers. Any swift decision without analysing the implications on data changes will give rise to serious complications and escalations. * Nature of the target job is primarily on Support & maintenance activity, but can expect development activity when need arise. * Target job also requires the candidate to perform maintenance activities of MMS custom applications. * Monitoring and Troubleshooting Jobs that call the SSIS packages and Stored procedures failures in data synchronization process. * Flexibility to work from home when needed depends on the trust gained from the client over a period of time, and this may not be applicable for the candidate during his initial months of the contract. * Candidate would require to work with the onsite team at the client side, with a technical team member of 4 people (2 DBAs, 1 Data Architect and 1 Manager), and ability to communicate with other business analysts and Directors of various departments in the company who use the data in the databases for analytics purpose.
