Program Content:

"The purpose of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® is to make the theory of psychological types described by C. G. Jung (1921/1971) understandable and useful in people's lives. The essence of the theory is that much seemingly random variation in behaviour is actually quite orderly and consistent, being due to basic differences in the way individuals prefers to use their perception and judgment."

The trainees would learn about the 4 dichotomies and their type:

- How we focus to get energy - Extroversion or Introversion

- The way we take in information and the kind of information we like and trust - Sensing or Intuitive

- The way we make decisions - Thinking or Feeling

- Our attitude toward the external world and how we orient ourselves to it - Judging or Perceiving

He left MphasiS Limited as Vice President where he was heading a 4500+ people Project, to pursue his ambition in "Learning" and thus founded BlueTiger - A platform for excellence through learning. Impressed by the Simple, Innovative yet Effective mode of training, Sampath was invited to train the supreme & high court judges and lawyers of Mauritius recently. Sampath is avid reader, well-travelled, fitness monk, long distance runner with a cause, and recently turned writer to inspire young minds with articles in his goal to impact many more lives positively. Having coached and mentored several managers, leaders & entrepreneurs during his corporate life, through BlueTiger, Sampath takes this expertise a notch higher to enable one and all access their own resources and options to succeed.

Sampath is an Engineer with further education from Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata (IIMC), Dale Carnegie University and an MBTI Step I & Step II certified Instructor.

Sampath has developed the ability to make complex things simple and his training, coaching, mentoring, counselling, motivation speeches and writings reflect it. With that he is able to resolve many crisis situations, corporate & personal conflicts very effectively within a short span of time.
