Job Description : *11+ years of testing experience *7+ years of Data Ware house and ETL & Report testing knowledge *Fair knowledge of any one ETL tool like Datastage or Informatica *Fair knowledge of BI Testing like IBM Cognos, Business Objects SAP and Oracle *Understanding of SQL and stored procedures *Good understanding of Data Models and Data mapping *Good knowledge of testing process like Test plan, test strategy and estimation *Hands on experience in Test Estimation using standard methodologies (WBS/FPA etc) *Good people management skills and experience in team management *Understanding of effort & cost estimation and resource loading *Good understanding of Project Management methodologies *Should have experience in Risk and CR management *Clear understanding of any defect management tool and defect life cycle *Experience in performing team appraisals *Solid understanding of SDLC and STLC with defect and metrics *Should have worked in a Customer facing role and should have good communication skills If interested please send across your updated resume to Vinay.Ramesh@mindtree.com Regards Vinay Ramesh Senior Associate - Talent Acquisition Is this job relevant to you?
