We are the partner consultant for NTT Data and we have urgent opening for JAVA Lead position with NTT Data at Bangalore Location. A group company within NTT DATA currently seeks a "Java Lead Developer" for "Bangalore(Global Village Tech Park)" location. Note: We are looking for the Candidates who can join immediately or up to 20 days Notice Period. Position: Java Lead Experience Level : 7 to 10 years. Location : Bangalore(Global Village TechPark) Educational Criteria : Full time BE / BTech / MCA / ME / MTech / MSc / Fulltime MBA with fulltime BSc / BCA. Specification: 1. Technical (JAVA) - J2EE, Struts, spring, MVC. 2. UI technologies and concepts - Responsive web design (RWD), HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, bootstrap, Ajax etc. will be useful 3. FS experience - Wealth Management desirable 4. Should have at least lead Exp for 2 to 3 yrs with minimum team members 5 to 6 5. Participates in long-range application development strategic planning. 6. Leads discussions with customers / stakeholders to understand critical business success factors and key performance indicators to be managed, negotiates desired service levels, minimizes business risks and diffuses conflict. 7. Plans long-term development team capabilities based on business objectives. 8. Directs other leaders acting in an advisory capacity providing consulting to the customer and assigned group(s). 9. Drives process improvement initiatives across the organization. Additional Java Lead Expectation 1. JSP and Tag Library (If person has experience writing custom tag library that is preferred) 2. Design concepts, given a requirement he/she should provide complete design. e.g. come up with required relationship between the tables, the business layer, exception handling, transaction boundaries etc 3. Understand end-to-end flow of how a request goes from the browser to the server (where the business logic kicks in) and hits databases and the return trip back to browser 4. Does person know how to debug using logger level, remote debugging 5. Knows how to write junit test cases and do data setup for junit. Desirable if he/she knows what mocking is in unit test. 6. Has had experience writing build scripts (Ant/Maven etc) or is comfortable debugging build issues. If experienced with Maven he/she is aware how the dependency resolution happens. 7. Participates in long-range application development strategic planning. 8. Plans long-term development team capabilities based on business objectives. 9. Directs other leaders acting in an advisory capacity providing consulting to the customer and assigned group(s). 10. Drives process improvement initiatives across the organization.
