Experience required for the Job: 10 - 15 years Annual Salary of the Job: 0.0 - 22.0 Lacs Job Location: Chennai Apply Now   Reply Dear Candidate, Role description Delivery responsibility for all the modules (Schedule, Cost and Quality) Defining the development plans and tracking of the plan Escalation to the next level for any issues Interacting with internal stakeholders CTF, EST, SCM teams, interfacing teams for project implementation as required Tracking SIT, UAT issues and closure Tracking quality goals and risks for his assigned modules Perform Proof of concepts for new technologies and other strategic technology initiatives Contributes to development of standards and frameworks for the organization Participates in product selection, architecture reviews, technical audits Design and implement solutions based on SCB standards Contributes to capacity and performance testing activities Use standard emerging technologies in application development Use SCB development framework Working with the project team throughout the life cycle of the project in terms of technical delivery and implementation Reviewing code standards used Review Vendor Design and Solution Review Vendor Code and Deliveries Prepare/Review Technical specification Strictly follow SCM process in coding, testing, release Review/signoff Unit test results Identifying reusable components for own projects and also contribute to the organization repository Manage scope changes for own module Facilitate knowledge transfer within own team and PSS teams Input in to AIG, ASRM from own module prospective Maintain traceability matrix at module level Java Development Lead 10 - 15 years Java EE, Spring, Hibernate, Oracle, PLSQL Web Development (HTML, JavaScript, AJAX etc) Spring MVC MQ, JMS, Web Services Architecture and Design Able to lead and mentor a dev team * Must have experience leading Java development projects end-to end starting from scratch: setting up project foundations such as base framework selection setting up base frameworks, code repositories, continuous integration, class structure, dev and coding guidelines seeing project through development, change management, mentoring developers, testing and go live.
