Graduation in any discipline [completed a minimum of 15 years of education]
Excellent verbal communication skills in English
Proficiency in computer skills
6 - 18 months of experience in an International call centre is preferred, however freshers are also welcome.
Proficient in Hindi and/or any south Indian languages, such as Kannada, Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam.
Self Confidence, Customer Centric attitude
5 days a week, predominantly day shift
Compensation best in the industry
2.36 to 2.76 Lacs per annum for Premium customer care process (Voice)
Transportation will be provided for logins between 8PM - 8AM
