Experience required for the Job: 5 - 14 years Job Location: Bengaluru/Bangalore Apply Now   Reply Dear Candidate, Xora, A ClickSoftware Company Position: Test Lead (Force.com Technologies) Location: Bangalore Exp: 6+ years Objective: Lead testing of Force.com applications Primary Responsibilities: - Test strategy, test design, test development and test execution with focus on quality and execution efficiency - Participate in and lead test case review sessions to identify potential test coverage gaps and focus on non-functional aspects like usability, performance and scalability - Produce high quality test cases without much supervision and on-time delivery - Support deployment testing of applications into production and help resolve production issues by reproducing and determining the root cause - Participate in feasibility studies with development and integrating latest technology in the Salesforce products - Prepare test strategy, test plan and test design document to outline features scope, functional/non-functional behavior and automation strategy. - Mentor test team members on product, process and technology front Requires Experience / Skills Required: - BE / B Tech/MCA in Computer Science or related field from a reputed university with good academic record - 6+ years of progressive industry experience in testing role - 4+ years software product testing and automation experience in Force.com related SaaS applications using Agile/Scrum methodology - Very strong understanding of Test Strategy, Test design, Test Plans and Test Cases. - Well versed with functional testing, regression testing, sanity testing, automated testing and load testing - Good understanding of writing automated test cases using Selenium for new features added and enhancing existing test suite - Strong experience in testing N-tier e-Business applications within Salesforce and API level testing - Exposure to full life-cycle commercial product development environment is highly desirable - Excellent communication (verbal & written), interpersonal, leadership, and problem solving skills - Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment - Disciplined self-starter, able to be highly productive both working alone and in close collaboration within a team Desired Skills: - Experience building high-performance large-scale systems - Basic understanding of scripting language and SQL interface - Working knowledge of Salesforce environment - Working knowledge of Shell, Perl, Python or other scripting languages Work Location- Bangalore Exp-5+Years Kindly let us know your willingness for the above mentioned position by sending us the updated copy of your profile along with the following details: - Current Company: - Current Salary: - Expected salary: Notice Period: Total Years of experience: Please also forward this mail to your friends or colleagues who match the above-mentioned criteria and are willing to relocate to the above mentioned.
