JOB DESCRIPTION :-
Exp:- 8 to 14 Years
SKILL :-
* Good Hands on skills in coding in C#, .Net 2.0, 3.0 and 3.5 frameworks.
* Database skills (SQL/Oracle), ability to write stored procedures.
* Exposure to ASP .net, Java Script, WPF, WCF & third party controls.
* Understands GUI development best practices.
* Should have knowledge of Background Worker, Events and Delegates, ASync Pattern, Data Binding, Reflection, Dirty Properties etc.
* Understanding of Messaging frameworks/applications like MSMQ, JMS, MS Exchange.
* Basic Understanding of Workflow engines like BizTalk etc.
* Implementation experience of any one rule engine.
* Develops reusable frameworks/components and POCs to accelerate development on projects.
* Owns consistency and high quality in solution delivery.
* For package implementations, helps create best practices/approaches to be leveraged by the team.
* Troubleshoots complex technical issues, performance issues.
* Participates in architecture and design reviews for projects that require complex technical solutions.
* For package implementations, performs the gap analysis between business requirements and the package features and design the configuration, customizations, extensions, interfaces required to meet the requirements.
* Estimates the implementation and deployment of the various modules based on each module design and how the module fits into the overall project architecture, construction and testing strategy and overall project plan.
* Assists the architect in coming up with the overall estimates for the project along with any key risks and issues and their mitigation.
* Reports progress and issues to the Manager in a timely manner. In particular, to relay issues that might impact on quality or the ability to deliver to time scales or estimates.
* Works with team on the development of standards, processes and procedures related to application security, upgrade management, capacity planning, application deployment, performance monitoring/tuning, and fail over and disaster recovery.
* A proven track record of design, development and delivery on OOPs/Design patterns (scalability, multi threading, caching, business & data layers, Threading, Serialization, Performance, Security and Remoting) in .net for both client & server side development for large scale, multi-threaded applications in SOA platforms.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities
