Key Result Ares and Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring of Applications using Automation tools like Selenium , HP BAC or Compuware already predesigned and scripted for Operations
  • Alerting the client or application team for any minor, major, critical or fatal incident that is observed on the application or by an end user. The Alerting is via SMS, Call and Email
  • Continuous verification of the monitoring system to ensure stability, reliability and availability of applications and services for the business.
  • Provide Level1 analysis to the client in the form of Component Breakdown charts from tools like Httpwatch, Fiddler, WebpageTest, etc. clearly differentiating issues to Application level or Network level.
  • Constant communication with clients across India, Middle East, South East Asia, Europe and America.
  • Report Key Monitoring KPIs.
  • Monitoring of Service Level and other Production and Operational dashboards.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand problems, develop solutions, and anticipate needs; proactively identifies and provides recommendations for solutions
