The company details are Company Name - Cube Logic website: www.openlink.com Job Description JD for Support Analyst Key Responsibilities ⢠Responsible for the analysis, trouble shooting and resolution of incidents that is disrupting the application service that business user depends on, while adhering to departmental procedures. ⢠Partner with the application teams to ensure that the issues are resolved in an efficient and timely manner. ⢠Possess the ability to write complex ad hoc queries for data analysis and troubleshooting purposes. ⢠Possess the technical capability to do the analysis of reported incidents. ⢠Trouble shoot and resolve advanced application issues utilizing logs, administration or monitoring tools ⢠Provide immediate attention towards Production or live issues. ⢠Possess good communication skills. ⢠Delivering support to existing business users and investigating and resolving application errors, data discrepancies and queries. ⢠Monitor progress of requests for support and ensure users and other interested parties are kept informed. ⢠Manage and trouble shoot application issues, understand the support tool and data flow. Required Skills / Experience ⢠2 - 4 years of experience in IT or related field ⢠Working knowledge on SQL Server 2008 and web based applications ⢠Troubleshooting on SQL queries. ⢠Ability to use SQL query tools to research data issues ⢠Must be able to analyze, diagnose and solve complex issues independently as well as cooperatively ⢠Strong communication skills; Must communicate clearly with customers and peers ⢠Bachelorâs/Masterâs degree in Computer Science Desired Skills / Experience ⢠Knowledge of SSAS/OLAP/SSIS will be added advantage. | ||
