(1) Responsibilities & Key Result Areas
· Responsible for providing the design solution and document the High level and Low level design document and providing all the required details for technical ANALYSIS documentation
· Taking full end to end ownership (responsibility of providing technical leadership to the project team and being responsible to Liaison between the business and the development team
· Facilitate understanding and documenting requirements, use cases, technical solution and testing scenarios, and translating the same to offshore Development team
· Responsible for facilitating development team in understanding the technical approach to execute the requirements
· Responsible for understanding the key system and environment to get a strong grip of the purpose, objectives and process flows of each system and how it will it play its role in the project
· Ensuring that the deliverables are properly tested by reviewing the code, functionalities, documentation before delivery is completed
(2) Competencies - Technical / Functional and Managerial
Tech Lead - J2EE
· STRONG and CLEAR COMMUNICATION SKILLs (Written and Verbal)
· Demonstrates a good knowledge of software programming techniques, which include the understanding of various programming paradigms and their associated development tools in order to create software code implementations of a given design.
Primary Technical / Functional Skill:
Ø MUST have strong knowledge in J2EE, Spring framework, with strong PL/SQL and UNIX skills
ØSTRONG Programming skills with fool proof check and code review attitude and experience
ØKnowledge in Informatica will be a PLUS, but not mandatory
(3) Level of interaction - External & Internal
(4) Education / Experience / Skill sets
Education: BE/ BTech/ MCA/ MSc/ BSc with certification in with at least 3-5 years in Team lead
Experience: 8-12 years
