JOB Description 1 - (8 - 15 yrs solid exp as an Architect)
Senior Technology Lead Position - Solid experience on Asp.Net, MVC 4/5, C# is MUST
We are looking for a high performing, dynamic, multi-tasking and technically strong Senior Technical Lead (STL) in Microsoft.NET platform.
* STL role is to lead one of our fast paced web product development teams that have high growth potential internationally.
* STL would be responsible for architecting and running n-tiered, message based (asynchronous), WebScale applications.
* STL would take charge of our existing work on Globalization and Localization for our International Carrier Sites.
* STL would be closely working on cutting edge server & client technologies. C#, MVC 4/5, WebAPI 2, Mobile stack, HTML5 and CSS3
* Tremendous exposure to a wide range of business challenges in Insurance domain.
* Opportunity to interact with international clients and collaborate on different projects
Technical Requirements:
* * Engineering degree in Computer Science or related discipline
* * Must have at least 8+ years experience in Microsoft Stack.
* In depth experience in - ASP.Net, C# , OOPS , Web Services, XML
* * Must have good MS SQL Server 2005/2008 and SQL programming design and development experience
Skills needed:
* Strong experience in architecting and implementing web based systems
* Must have experience with unit testing frameworks, code coverage and static code analysis tools.
* Lead a team of front-end and back-end developers in the development, maintenance, and managing operations of consumer facing and internal web applications
* As a lead, should be able to gather requirement specs, do impact analysis and liaise with business people.
* Ability to work on multiple onsite & offsite projects focused on delivery
* Ability to provide out of the box solutions, communicate well and inspire innovative thinking.
* Experience in Insurance domain is a bonus
Behavioral Skills
* Excellent communication skills, strong problem solving abilities and an aptitude for learning new technologies.
* Must be a hands on person ready to code and review codes.
* Must be flexible to work to suit time zones of US customers
Travel - Should be comfortable with in liaising with US customers & be available for international travel.
* Has experience in working on onsite projects. Previous experience with US clients is a bonus.
* Must be a self starter, goal oriented, able to work independently and in a team environment
* Ability to work on multiple projects focused on delivery
* Desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
JOD DESCRIPTION 2
Senior Associate/Senior Developer - ASP.Net Technology (5-8 yrs exp)
Technical Skills
Well versed with Microsoft Technology Stack: ASP.Net 2.0 and above / C# (VB.Net not counted) / MSSQL(Not a must).
Should know the internals of how web works & should be proficient in HTTP/HTML/CSS/JS/JSON/XML
The ideal person should have experience in the above for at least 4 years.
As a lead, should be able to gather requirement specs, liaise with business.
Manage a team, do hand holding where required and keep the team motivated.
Should be willing to work for a product company.
Travel
Should be comfortable with US customers (prev exp with US is a plus) & willing to travel abroad.
Good problem solving skills and excellent communication is a must.
Strong Aptitude, thinking, coding skills.
