Strong in troubleshooting and problem solving
Experienced in contributing to strategy for creating Performance Test Plans and Scenarios, Architecture, Environment
Experience with monitoring and performance profiling tools such as Wily Introscope, Sitescope, JProfiler, etc.
Experience in analyzing production logs and extracting patterns/root-cause
Experience with Performance testing tools (Load Runner/Performance Center/WebLoad/etc)
Should know different network and deployment topologies and experience with Capacity planning and recommendations
Knowledge of Java/JEE stack and RDBMS (preferably Oracle)
Excellent and clear communication & presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
A proactive approach to problem solving, taking ownership of issues and having the determination to follow things through.
Excellent prioritization, multi-tasking, time management, escalation and risk management skills
Ability to interact directly with the business users, debug and derive the technical issue related to a customer query.
Experience in leading & providing direction in troubleshooting production incident calls with multiple cross functional teams from hosting infrastructure, development and software / hardware vendors and top management
Handling tasks well within the SLA limits and maintaining the KPIs
Team work and ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
Understanding of Agile and Kanban models
Responsibilities:
Perform analysis of critical production incidents/outages and provide expertise and trouble shoot, follow-ups towards resolution.
Be a liaison between production support and development and infrastructure teams.
Identify and make recommendations on streamlining and efficiency improvements for applications and related processes.
Recommend measures to improve product stability and availability
Candidate's are required to adhere and enforce the security policies of the organization
Position is based in Hyderabad
Experience: 10 to 12 Years of experience in Performance Engineering, architecture, Performance Profiling Tools such as Wily Introscope, Sitescope, JProfiler, etc, Java/JEE stack, Capacity planning, recommendations, Load Runner / Performance Center / WebLoad etc, RDBMS (preferably Oracle) & Agile / Kanban Models
Qualification: BE / BTech / MCA / ME / MTech / MS
