Experience: 7 - 12 yrs Job Location: Pune/ Hyderabad Skills Required: - B.E or MCA with 7+ years on web application development in Java - 4+ years experience in design/architecture of Enterprise Applications from front end to DB layer - Excellent understanding of Enterprise Application Design and Architecture - Hands on experience in development - Strong in Object Oriented Analysis and Design - Ability to apply Design Patterns and Best Practices in web application development - Experience in DB Design and modeling - Knowledge on UML notations - Excellent communication, presentation and documentation skills Responsibilities: - Work on design and architecture of projects in TotalSource - Play key role in defining strategy, architecture and design for TotalSource suite of applications and integration with other products - Provide multiple strategies to solve a business problem and recommend one based on effective decision making - Develop prototypes/PoCs based on the proposed solutions - Document Architectural models and communicate it to Business, Development and QA - Evaluate different tools or technologies and propose best possible solution - Work closely with Product Management, Business and IT teams (Development and QA) The compensation offered will be best in the industry.
