Required Skills:
* Good Development experience in Java server-side technologies using frameworks such as Struts, Tiles, Spring, Hibernate and understanding of layered architectures
* Development experience in Core Java ,J2EE, JSP & JavaScript, GWT and other UI technology like JQuery.
* Development experience in Java (J2EE), JDBC, SQL, Oracle other Databases
* Application of Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) techniques and implementation using Design Patterns.
* Experience in extensive use of source control tools such as SVN.
* Proficient in HTML, XML and related technologies
* Experience in use of IDEs such as Eclipse/IDEA/IntelliJ
* Effectively balance and prioritize multiple projects and tasks concurrently
* Ability to interact effectively within and across other teams
* Strong technical acumen, communications skills & Negotiating skills
* 9+ years of total IT experience
* 9+ years of Java/J2EE/Web based development using Design Patterns
* 6+ years working with large relational database such as Oracle and MySQL
* Good Knowledge of HTML, XML & Javascript
* Good understanding of Web Services, SOAP & REST Desired Skills (Nice to have in addition to the Required Skills)
* Ability to interact effectively within and across other teams including virtual teams
* A history of meeting aggressive deadlines in uncertain environments and maintaining strong customer relationships
* Development experience with Relational Databases (Oracle is a plus) and use of SQL
* Strong technical acumen, interpersonal and communication skills including both oral and written proficiency
