Job description:
Role: QA Lead
Experience: 10 to 15years
Job Responsibilities:
*Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases for the assigned Projects/Product,
*Lead and mentor QA team members
*Manage QA deliverables and assignments on schedule and within defined test cycles.
*Perform project planning, work with project team to define/design test scope for each project/Product,
*Alignment of Team with long term strategy.
*Work collaboratively with QA team to create and update test cases to ensure accurate and productive test execution.
*Provide technical consulting in automation test, methodologies, processes, tools, and techniques within a team and across the teams, including testing recommendations to team members.
*Prepare and present status updates for the project/Product. Document and report defects status To all stakeholders
*Create and maintain test data for test execution scenarios. Ensure data setups are accurate and appropriately stored in test database.
*Ensure team and project/Product QA standards and Best Practices are met.
*Maintain a high degree of functional expertise on Product/Project related to
*Recommend and/or implement process improvement ideas, providing path for implementation.
*Hands on Test Execution both manual and automation
*Ensure test design and defect documentation adhere to QA standards.
*Ensure adequate Requirements Review is done
*Working Closely with Requirements , Dev team and customer Project management Groups to ensure Scope of the Release is defined Correctly
*Ensure adequate Support to the deployment Team for a certified delivery
*Production Support in Reproducing Customer issues
*Organise meeting and Escalate showstopper and High priority issues To all Stakeholders
*Provide Required Support to PMG and DEV for sales related Demos.
*Average to Good Level of Spanish speaking skill would be good to have
*Skills required: manual testing, Database testing, Automation : QTP/Silk Test , Selenium
Soft Skills:
*A sharp mind. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Proactive Team player. Highly technical.
*Reliable, Trustworthy and possess Professional Integrity
*Self-motivated and believe in doing and getting things done. .
*Passion to work for a Small Company and sense of urgency as in startups/small Company.
*Stable job history (minimum 1+ year in current Company).
