ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY- Total Experience: 8+ Years Location: Bangalore Skills Required: * Strong OO design and programming skills in Objective-C, MVC, UIKit and Interface Builder. * Familiar with iOS SDK (UIKit, Cocoa Touch, Core Data, Core Location etc). * Hands-on experience with Push Notification Framework, Strong Knowledge of universal app i.e. app for both iPhone and iPad. * Broad knowledge of X-Code 4 and 5, Performance optimization tools, proficient in Profiling, code optimization on iOS development environment. * Hands-on experience with REST\SOAP based architecture and uses. Thorough understanding of XML, JSON , Web Services technologies and data structure fundamentals. * Deliver across the entire app life cycle ?concept, design, build, deploy, test, release to app stores and support Essential Functions * Lead the development of mobile apps for the iOS platform. * Participate in code reviews, wireframe designs and proof of concepts. * Work with QA team in analysing and resolving production issues and defects. * Work with Release Engineering team in app deployment activities. * Participate in the full SDLC (RUP/Agile), including meetings, iterative development, estimations and design sessions. * Ability to clearly write technical specifications and strong estimating and planning skills.
