Job Description Strategic Responsibilities ● Serve as a Full Stack Web Architect who can consult on all the relevant technologies involved in cutting-edge web application development. ● Be identified as a technical expert who can communicate effectively with engineers from all types of backgrounds and explain technology choices by clearly showing pros and cons backed by solid research, data and analysis. ● Define software platform roadmaps that are well motivated, clear and realizable and make presentation to audiences ranging from top-level management to entry-level engineers to get the buy-in for the implementation. ● Identify required skills to strengthen your development team and work with the training division to close the skills gap. Execution Responsibilities ● Execute the approved roadmap by setting clear goals and milestones and leading the development team to achieving these goals. ● Set and meet high standards of excellence in the quality and timeliness of the software delivered and achieve customer delight. ● Ensure that the defined processes are adhered to and contribute to the development of these processes by sharing best practices and learning from projects. ● Empower the team and ensure that the team spirit is high at all times and provide individual mentorship to engineers to help them with career grow. Desired Profile ● Minimum academic qualification is a bachelors degree in engineering or science 6+ years of experience in web application development using more than one technology stack such as Java, .NET, Python, Ruby etc. ● Deep understanding of advanced JavaScript concepts ● Experience in at least one front end framework such as AngularJS, Backbone.js or Knockout.js ● Expert at writing unit test and defining coding standards ● Strong experience in defining continuous Integration Build and Release processes ● Experience building automated test using Selenium ● Strong communication skills ● Ability to take total ownership for delivery technology solution across multiple business divisions ● Good understanding of HTML5 and CSS3 capabilities ● Experience using node.js for large-scale projects would be considered a strong plus Regards Bhagya You are receiving this e-mail because your profile contained one or more of the following words that the recruiter searched on: " Architect ", " java " Is this job relevant to you?
