	Job Description
	Ability to elicit UX requirements based on User research, Business requirements and Technology constraints.  Clear understanding of User-Centered Design, Agile/Lean UX and UX Processes and Techniques. Work as Independent Contributor, ability to position and sell UX recommendations. Ability to create process flows, wireframes, and interaction flow as needed to effectively conceptualize and communicate detailed interaction behaviors . Ability to collaborate with Sr.IAs and UX Architects, as a good team player. Hands on experience in defining/creating User Profiles, Personas, Usability metrics, Information architecture, Navigation, Wireframes, Interaction flow documents. Develop high-level and/or detailed storyboards, wireframes to effectively communicate interaction design ideas. Experience working in a collaborative team and working directly with developers for implementation of designs Experience in reviewing Visual designs and Final product implementation during QA. Estimating, Resource Loading and Solutioning on Pre-sales support Propose innovative solutions, Participate in new business pitches. Review Projects and Mentoring Juniors in the team. Users Productivity Study & Benchmarking, Systems Comparative Study & Benchmarking and Competitive Study & Benchmarking Define and execute project kickoff work sessions Work with client Service and Project Managers to outline project plan activities and dependencies Collaborate with partners/vendors to define impact to project requirements Simultaneously work on 4-5 and/or more complex client engagements Role:   Database Architect/Designer Role Category:   Programming & Design Industry Type:   IT-Software / Software Services Functional Area:   IT Software - Application Programming, Maintenance Keywords:   Java Script, Javascript, java, Oracle, unix, sql, j2ee
	Desired Candidate Profile
	Education:   (UG - B.Arch - Architecture, Other Graduate - Any Specialization) OR (PG - Post Graduation Not Required) OR (Doctorate - Doctorate Not Required) Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience Minimum of 5-8 years experience. Mobile/Tablet experiences are must, Responsive Design expertise is a must Strong technical background is a plus., Knowledge in HTML, JavaScript, CSS is a plus. Analytical thinker with excellent communication skills. Strong UX Portfolios Tools: Microsoft Office (PPT, Word, XL, MS Visio) Axure (is a plus) Any Wireframing tool is a plus
