Incident Management a. Ensuring Incidents are addressed within the SLA. b. Review of Incidents and take appropriate steps to have proper non reoccurrence events in place to reduce the incidents. c. Update remedy on timely basis with good quality of Data. d. Provide valuable inputs and take appropriate steps to address the gaps in RCA's. 2. Change Management a. Review of changes in terms of Standard, plan, process, Risk and impact analysis. b. Change implementation as per the schedule and ensure completion of changes within SLA. c. Ensure the proper update on the changes with quality of data. 3. Problem Management a. DBA representation on Severity and ensuring the problem identification and fixing. b. Provide valuable inputs and take appropriate steps to have permanent solution. 4. 24 /7 support for Databases which includes shifts. Requirement * Oracle Database RAC Administration 11.x * Strong knowledge in Oracle Backup & Recovery Concepts * Expertise in Performance Tuning * Expertise in RMAN, OEM . * Knowledge in oracle database upgrades PSU patches and CPU patches. * RAC performance tuning & strong trouble shooting skills in 11 GRAC * Prefer candidates who have implemented cluster ( end to end implementation ) * Skills in Golden Gate , Streams Flexible, Team Player desire to learn new technologies in short time.
