The Role: The Product Developer Lead is responsible for the architecture, design and construction of the software product and works very closely with the Kuwait product development streams to ensure that product design meets overall solution architecture implemented across the company. You will investigate, analyse and make recommendations regarding technology improvements, upgrades and modifications and lead a team of software engineers to construct solutions. Qualifications & Requirements: * Extensive experience in Java/J2EE/Swing programming and web application development using GWT/GXT, CSS and JavaScript is mandatory. * Extensive experience in the design and architecture of software solutions. * Extensive experience in database design, data modeling, DDL and DML for backend development on MySQL and Oracle databases. * Extensive experience in developing web services and working with XML, JSON formats. * Extensive experience in code version control systems and continuous integration systems. * Extensive Linux/Unix development experience * Experience in configuring and working with JBOSS application servers. * Knowledge of NoSQL databases and mobile development will be an advantage * Minimum 8 years' solid software development experience including leading multiple product development teams is essential If interested Please send your CV as soon as possible to divya@hirerightt.com.
