Should be comfortable dealing with complicated and non-standard issues for which standard support is not available. Periodic on call/off hours duties are part of this position. Ability to work under pressure and deliver on deadline is a must. This position will be expected to take initiative, when required, and to proactively address issues based on the experience and established standards.
