Position Responsibilities: * Monitor and analyze performance bottlenecks in a large Oracle database * Tune SQL queries for optimum performance * Tune database schema for optimum performance * Make architectural suggestions to improve overall application performance * Collaborate with application developers to implement specific performance changes. Position Requirements: * Oracle PL/SQL Development * Strong skills in schema/query performance analysis and tuning in an Oracle 11g environment. * Strong knowledge of relational database architecture in both client/server and web application environments. * Team Foundation Services * Prefer knowledge of VB.NET, ASP.NET development environments. * Knowledge of Visual Studio performance profiler a plus.
