Pls find the JD below - Education - "M.E/M.Tech/M.S. /BE/B.Tech. (Electronics & Communications/Electrical Engineering/CS) " Experience - Minimum 13 - 15 years of experience in SW development with hands on multiple technologies with atleast 2 years as Tech Architect Role in Windows application. Min 10 years of experience in C#. Net with experience in WPF, WCF and Silverlight Technical Skills - "Must have strong experience in C#.Net and MS SQL Server Desirable knowledge in C++, C, VB, Java, ASP and other Client Server Technologies Architectured atleast 2 big multi tier architecture projects Should have deeply involved in solution development, solution engineering and solution delivery Knowledge of systems architecture, service-based architecture and application architecture Expertise knowledge in Design patterns Good at modeling, prototypes, experiments and simulation Good at Code Analysis, Debug, Unit test, Profiling and other SW development tools Hands on experience in using configuration management and CI tools Exposure to one or more tools like Rational suite, Enterprise Architect, and Source code versioning systems like TFS/CVS/SVN Good experience in Tradeoff analysis and Technology trend analysis A sound sense of Business and Technical strategy is required to envision the ""right"" architectural approach to the customer's problem set Desirable knowledge on sub station automation domain Domain Knowledge Desirable knowledge on Substation Automation Domain " Behavioural Traits - "Should be a good listener Should be a good negotiator Should be a good learner Understand the organization and project needs and appropriately demonstrate the situational leadership skills Ability to derive technical strategies and drive Good collaboration skills Good Problem Solving skills Very good communication skills, Good team interaction skills Good Conflict management skills Responsibilities - "Responsible for right design and development of multi-tiered, scalable applications in ConnPack Group Respond to Product requirements by designing feasible technical solutions including mockups, conceptual drawings and architecture drawings Provide technical support in terms of defining what can and can't be done with current software and systems Makes high-level design choices much more often than low-level choices. In addition, the architect may need sometimes dictate technical standards, including coding standards, tools, or platforms Refine ConnPack architecture based on the feedback from Christian Frei to make the architecture simple and extendable for other products without major changes Investigate new technologies and tools and apply to ConnPack Creating technology roadmaps and scanning for opportunities to differentiate, and making assertions about technology directions and determining their consequences for the technical strategy and hence architectural approach Needs to partner well with a variety of different stakeholder groups, including management at different levels, business analysts or marketing, and developers Capture customer, organizational and business requirements on the architecture Focus on design artifacts with market and IP creation value w.r.t competitors Contribute to 'core' team knowledge and mentor younger recruits into a performance-based work culture Mentor and coach the team on Technologies, Solutions and tools " Kindly reply and confirm on your interest for the same by sharing your updated copy of profile.
