Responsibilities:
Purpose:
Provide Technical and Solution Architecture to build Applications that support various Business Are-as (Marketing, internal IT, Core Engineering). Provide Technical Consulting on existing Applications, identify and build components/ frameworks to accelerate development and drive Standardization. Mentor Engineers and Leads, assist in Capability Building and Drive Innovation.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide Solutions to Business Problems: Understand Business Problems/ Objectives, Provide multiple options when proposing architecture, Decisive in proposing the final solution
2.Build rapid POCs as needed to demonstrate concept and feasibility
3.Provide Technical Consulting to Delivery Teams on Complex Issues and Support Teams on Com-plex Production Issues
4.Mentor Leads and Associate Engineers
5.Identify areas of optimization by recommending/ building re-usable components or frameworks
6.Partner with Infrastructure and Project Teams to recommend deployment strategies
7.Build strong partnerships with other Architects in Company, and provide strong representation of Applications Team
8.Drive Standardization through Technical and Application Governance
9.Drive Innovation Culture in Team
10.Assist in Capability Building

Experience Range: 12 - 15 years

At least 2 years of past Application Architecture Experience
