Qualification: B.Tech, M.Tech, Phd, MCA
Work Location: Cochin (Kakkanad) , Tokyo

Role Description:
1. Evaluate existing system architecture and suggest ways to improve the system , enhance the performance & scalability
2. Perform the sizing and dimensioning of systems capability to handle the huge user traffics
3. Stay abreast of product roadmap as well as understanding the scenarios, features and functions within each of the products and how these are applied to address business and technical problems. This includes interacting with Product Management and Development on an on-going basis to stay current
4. Provide technical oversight to on-going R&D projects
5. Proactively manage changes in technology scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans
6. Represent the technology team in coordination meetings with customer and also in internal management reviews
7. Stay current on competitive analyses and understanding differentiators between the company and its competitors on technology front
Technical Skills Description:
1. Candidate should have experience in Java , J2EE & Web Technology Architecture
2. Strong experience with SOA, web services and distributed systems at the enterprise level
3. Good experience in Spring/Hibernate /Struts technology
4. Good experience in MySQL
5. Good experience in end to end product development life cycle from initiation, planning, execution, development, completion to support, including various testing phases (SIT, UAT)
6. Good communication skills (Written/Oral)
7. Experience in enterprise level CMS/DMS domain will be an added advantage
8. Lead the technical direction and definition for the product/function
9. Documentation skills: business (high-level) requirements, detailed functional specifications, architecture documents, detailed designs, and development plans.
